Telephone
Call the research desk on +15677468273 during London office hours.
Outside those hours, leave a short message and we will return the call the next working day.
Write to office@ndfinvest.autos for mandate enquiries, reporting questions and document requests.
Attach any existing note sheet or portfolio summary if you would like a preliminary view.
Post
Correspondence and signed mandate documents should be sent to 50 Badgers Way, BUCKINGHAM - MK18 7HL, United Kingdom (GB).
What to include
A short outline of the assets involved, the currency you report in and the date you need the money back is enough to begin. If you already hold a note sheet or a portfolio summary, attach it and we will read it before we reply.
What happens next
The desk reviews your outline, proposes a survey call and confirms the scope in writing. No fee is charged until a written mandate is agreed by both sides.
Confidentiality
Any outline you send is treated as confidential from the moment it arrives and is read only by the people who would work on the mandate. We do not pass enquiries to third parties for marketing.
Three questions we are asked most
What does a first mandate conversation cost?
Nothing. The opening survey is a research conversation where we establish the shape of the mandate. A fee is only proposed once a written scope note has been agreed by both sides.
How quickly can a plan be drawn?
A first sketch normally follows within five working days of the survey. A full parcel run with stress testing and a reporting suite is usually drawn across three to six weeks, depending on how many counterparties are involved.
Do you work with international clients?
Yes. We advise clients across the United Kingdom and internationally, and we are used to reconciling several reporting currencies into a single clear plan.
